“Accommodations Regulations”

2. For booking a same-day check-in, please call us at 03-8876307 for pricing and vacancy information.
3. To keep the reservations,customers should pay 50% of the total fee within three days of bookings in regular seasons, 100% of the total fee during Chinese New Year.
4. For safety reasons, customers should prepare identification documents when checking in.
5. Customers who desire to adjust/cancel their reservations after confirming their reservations online should contact us directly through phone.
6. Check-in time starts at 4pm during regular seasons; 5pm during Chinese New Year and the check-out time ends at 11 a.m.
7. Customers with more than 2 children under 3 years old are required to pay for an extra bed.
8. Please use the room with care. Customers should be liable for all loss or damage.
9. If a reservation has been made but a deposit hasn't been paid, the reservation will be kept until 4:00 p.m. If you cannot be check in of time, please contact us by phone at 03-887608 in advance. If you fail to check in, it is considered a cancellation, and the room will be open for booking to other customers.

“Reservations Regulations”

1. If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will receive full refund. If you cancel your reservation 10~13 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 70% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 7~9 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 4~6 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 40% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 2~3 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 30% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation 1 day prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 20% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation on your desired check-in date, you will be charged the full rate of your deposit.
2. Postponing your reservation is considered as cancelling your reservation; the refund policy applies.
3. Deposits reserved from cancellation or modification of previous bookings will not be fully refunded if your desired day of rebooking is fully booked. So please rebook as soon as possible.
4. Pets are prohibited. If your stay is terminated for bringing pets to accommodation, a refund will not be granted.
5. For cancellation due to personal reasons (e.g. a sudden change of itinerary, or if the check-in date you would like to change to is unavailable), your deposit could be kept for at most a year (changes to the booking is limited to one time only). Refund prices are pursuant to that proclaimed by the tourism bureau of Taiwan.
6. If a land warning for typhoon is issued on the desired check-in date, you can either receive a full refund, or your depositcan can be kept for at most a year.
7. If a typhoon warning is being dismissed, yet an official announcement of “Route Blocked” warning is being issued, your deposit can be kept for at most a year.
